Shipping & Return

You place an order means you accept our policy.

We will take 1 or 2 days to prepare your order. We are working from Monday to Friday, except holidays. Most orders placed on weekdays will be begin processing the same day, while orders placed on weekends will be begin processing the following Monday. You will receive a confirmation e-mail with your tracking number as soon as we ship your order out. Please check your junk box if you can't receive the e-mails. After you receive your tracking number, you will be able to track your order online at:

Delivery times vary depending on the country of destination. North American and Asian orders will usually be delivered within 5 to 11 business days. All other orders will be delivered within 7 to 14 business days.

We will provide you the tracking number and transport mode after we sent out your good, thus you can check your item status at any moment!


Cancellation, Returns & Exchange Policy:

1. If you wish to cancel your order:
  1. you can notify us by email to sales@xfeather.com before we have dispatched the goods to you;
  2. or
  3. where goods have already been dispatched to you, by returning goods to us in accordance with clause 2 below.
2. You can return goods you have ordered from us at any time within 14 days of receipt.

3. Upon receipt of the goods we will give you a refund:
  1. if you ordered a wrong goods, a wrong size, or a wrong color, we will refund you 75% of the amount paid;
  2. otherwise
  3. if the goods have a condition problem, we will give you a full refund.
  4. you will pay for the returning shipping cost.
4. The rights to return the goods to us as referred to in clause 3 will not apply in the following circumstances: -
  1. in the event that the product has been used.
  2. to any products that we have made or customised specifically for you
5. We do not accept any exchange. You can return an item, then place a new order.


Return Procedure:

Email us the reason why you want to return the merchandise.

We will replay you with a returning address.

Delivery the item to the address we specified. Please state all your information clearly inside your return including the original order number, buyer's name, address and telephone number.

Returned merchandise must be in the original conditions as we shipped out. We reserve the right to assess additional fees if the returned item is not in proper condition.
